| Terms:
All orders placed with ComputeUK
are subject by the purchaser to acceptance of our terms
and conditions detailed below. |
| Acceptance
of Orders: No orders resulting from any quotation,
price list or other similar document made or issued
by ComputeUK shall be binding. ComputeUK may accept
or reject any order whether on account of the equipment
being no longer available or for any other reason whatsoever.
ComputeUK reserves the right to delay or refuse orders
where a transaction contains incomplete details or details
that cannot be verified or where fraud is suspected.
If we are unable to reasonably ascertain these details
or resolve these issues a full refund will be made against
the card used at the time of purchase. No other form
of refund or credit will be offered nor will refund
be made to any third party card or account. |
| Product
Pricing: ComputeUK
makes every effort to ensure that the pricing displayed
on our website and price list is correct. However, if
an error in the pricing of a product is found we reserve
the right to either cancel your order or contact you
to arrange payment of any extra sum due or refund any
overpayment made by you. ComputeUK reserves the right
to alter all product pricing without notice. All prices
include VAT. |
| Product
Specification: ComputeUK
warrants that the goods will be at the time of delivery
correspond to the description given. It is the responsibility
of the customer to check the compatibility and suitability
of the goods for any particular purpose before ordering.
ComputeUK hereby reserves the right to make without
notice such minor modifications in specification, designs
or materials as it may deem necessary or desirable by
experience. |
| Payment:
Payment will not be taken from the customers credit/debit
card until all goods ordered are in stock ready for
dispatch. The contract will be deemed active once payment
has been received by ComputeUK. Access, Visa & Mastercard
incur a 2.5% surcharge. Debit cards incur no surcharge. |
| Ownership:
The risk in the goods shall pass from ComputeUk
to the customer upon delivery or collection of such
goods to the customer. However, notwithstanding delivery
or collection and the passing of risk in goods, title
and property in the goods, including full legal and
beneficial ownership, shall not pass to the customer
until ComputeUK has received payment in full for all
goods delivered or collected to the customer under this
and all other contracts between ComputeUK and the customer
for which payment of the full price of goods there under
has not been paid. Payment of the full price of the
goods shall include the full amount payable under the
terms of this and all other contracts between ComputeUK
and the customer under which the goods were delivered
or collected. |
Cancellation:
You
can cancel your purchase at any time either before
or up to 14 Days after delivery of your product by
contacting us in writing. Once your return has been
approved we will notify you as to how to return the
product. Your product must be complete, unused and
in 'as new' condition (e.g. , if you have opened the
box to examine the product you must have done so without
damaging or marking the product in anyway). It should
be returned with the original box, packing and accessories.
Prerecorded DVD's, CD's and other software must be
sealed. Any 'Free Gifts' received with the product
must also be returned. Customers returning goods,
do so at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring
that the goods must be adequately packed to avoid
any kind of damage in transit. Any goods being returned
should be adequately insured to the value, in case
or either loss or damage in transit. We cannot cancel
your purchase when:
This
legislation covers distance selling regulations, where
items are bought where there is no direct contact between
the supplier and the consumer. It does not apply where
goods are bought for business use, from showrooms, over
the counter, fairs or exhibitions. |
| Warranty:
Unless otherwise stated in the product description,
all goods are supplied with a one year return base warranty
where the product may be returned back to ComputeUK in
accordance with our returns procedure set out under Returns.
Certain products contain their own manufactures warranty,
which may vary between manufacturer. Where there is a
manufacturers warranty set out in the product documentation
then the warranty will remain with the manufacturer and
therefore the customer will deal directly with the manufacturer
or one of their authorized service centre. ComputeUK accepts
no responsibility for any losses incurred when dealing
with the manufacturer in accordance with their warranty
terms. This warranty does not cover faults caused by physical
damage, accident, neglect, misuse or normal physical wear
and tear. |
| Shipping:
Delivery charges are shown and added to your bill
at the checkout. These charges are based upon the size,
weight, number of items and delivery method. Charges vary
from £5.50 for small postal items. ComputeUk reserves
the right to amend these charges should extra costs incur.
You will however be notified by email or phone prior to
any charge taken and goods being dispatched. All orders
received by ComputeUK are shipped subject to availability.
ComputeUK
reserve the right to ship products at a later date where
the product ordered is not in stock at the time of purchase.
In this situation you will be contacted and offered a
full refund instead of delivery of the product. ComputeUK
cannot be held responsible for disruption to shipping
caused by industrial disputes or action outside our direct
control. If such disruption occurs you will be offered
delivery via an alternative delivery or a full refund.

| Goods
Delivered: The customer shall inspect the goods immediately
upon delivery. Notice in writing must be given within
three days of acceptance of the goods, in respect of any
alleged fault, incomplete or damaged product. Failure
to give such notice will deem the customer to be bound
by normal contract terms and be liable to pay for the
same accordingly. |
| Returns:
If you are returning your product because it is defective,
please phone or email us advising us of the defect or
defects. Repackage the product in its original packaging,
including any accessories, brochures, manuals, guarantees
or warranties that came with the product together with
a copy of your proof of purchase. You are responsible
for paying any postage or shipping costs incurred when
returning the product. ComputeUK recommends that all returns
be sent by registered post, so that a record of the return
is available for you. ComputeUK will not issue refunds
for any items lost or stolen in transit to us. Where a
return is lost or stolen in transit to us, you should
claim compensation from the company that shipped the return.
Any damage, fault or virus defecting the original product
occurring due to user modification, including component
and software implementation not supplied by ComputeUK,
will not be covered by the ComputeUK warranty and ComputeUK
reserves the rights to charge for any labour, parts and
delivery charges incurred. ComputeUK reserves the right
to charge 15% of the purchase price where the returned
product is found not defective, the customer will be responsible
for paying any postage or shipping costs incurred when
returning the product back. |
| Data
loss: It is the customers responsibility to
ensure that prior to ComputeUK starting work on its computer
system or other electronic installation, that all critical
data has been backed up, and that appropriate recovery
procedures are in place. It is the customers responsibility
to back up all files and folders. ComputeUK cannot accept
liability for any loss of data and/or information during
any repair, upgrade or diagnosis. |
